精神調養:此體質之人性情較急躁,常常心煩易怒,這是陰虛火旺,火擾神明之故,故應遵循《黃帝內經》中“恬淡虛無”、“精神內守”之養神大法。

平素在工作中,對非原則性問題,少與人爭,以減少激怒,要少參加爭勝負的文娛活動。

血虛體質養生法

起居調攝:要謹防“久視傷血”,不可勞心過度。

You're right, the theory of Chi med is fantastic! Think I'm also an ablaze-but-Yin-wimpy type person! Oh my!

I'm also learning to shut up and protect myself when seeing slothfulness and unfairness in the office by using Taoist philosophical theory----avoid being prominent! I'm convinced that still water runs deep.

Hello Mel! I think I haven't yet received, but may receive very soon. It's a surprise seeing you here, but what a joy to me!

Your experience is precious to me. I will know what's waiting for me when I get back to the office (not yet known when and how I will participate in my previous work). I bet it's so difficult for us the same type people to stay silence when run into such circumtances, but still, you are right, still water runs deep. What a wisdom!
